Women

Men

Mixed (for 800 yard relay)

 

Order of Events

   200 yd individual           (1 time around the river)

   400 yd individual           (2 times around the river)

1000 yd individual            (5 times around the river)

   800 yd relay team of 4  (4 times around the river)

            All men team

All women team

Any combination of men and women

Rules

  1. All walking events will be timed finals
  2. Walkers may use hands in the water but must walk—not swim
  3. Walkers may choose to wear water shoes or not.
  4. The age division for the team event will be determined by the age of the youngest walker on December 31, 2025.

2026 IS a qualifying year to participate in the 2027 National Senior Games in TULSA.

Water Walk is NOT an event at the National Senior Games Championships

All OKLAHOMA RESIDENTS who PARTICIPATE in an event at the 2026 Oklahoma Senior Games automatically qualify to participate in that event at the 2027 National Senior Games in TULSA June 30 – July 11

IF THAT EVENT IS OFFERED.  WATER WALK IS NOT AN EVENT OFFERED IN NSGA COMPETITION.

(Pickleball players must earn an Oklahoma 1st, 2nd or 3rd place in their event—because of the limited court capacity)
