5K and 10K on stationary bikes
Warm up: 9:00 am
15 minute competition begins: 10:00 am
Warm up for 30-minute 11:00
30 minute competition begins: 11:30 am or after a rest time determined by the cyclist not to exceed 1 hour.

ENTRY REGULATIONS
- Cyclists must arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time, so they are fitted properly on their bikes
- Each participant may practice before the event the day of the competition.
- The cost of practice prior to the day of the event is the responsibility of the participant.
CYCLING STANDARDS
This competition is not head-to-head. It is the distance the cyclist rides in 15 minutes and/or 30 minutes when compared to that distance on the award table. The table shows distances by age and gender; novice or competitive. Competitors register for the novice or competitive level then earn a medal based on their performance.

2026 is a qualifying year to participate in the 2027 National Senior Games presented by Humana in Tulsa, OK. Stationary Cycling is NOT an event at the National Senior Games.
All Oklahoma residents who participate in select events at the 2026 Oklahoma Senior Games automatically qualify toparticipate in that event at the 2027 National Senior Games presented by Humana. Please see the rule below for details.
HOST STATE QUALIFICATION: All in-state athletes who compete in designated qualifying sports at the 2026 Oklahoma Senior Games will qualify for the 2027 National Senior Games. Host State Qualification applies to the following qualifyingsports at the 2026 Oklahoma Senior Games: Archery, Badminton, 3-on-3 Basketball, Bowling, Cycling, Golf, Road Race, Shuffleboard, Softball, Table Tennis, Tennis, Track & Field, Triathlon, Volleyball. An in-state athlete is defined as an athlete who resides in Oklahoma for at least six months of the year.
In-state status will be determined by the athlete’s address on file with NSGA. For more information about the National Senior Games go to: NSGA.com.
