I view overall health as a wheel; a continuum that is supported by six distinct yet interconnected spokes or pillars that are influenced by your life’s endeavors. Those six pillars consist of your spiritual health, emotional health, educational health, financial health, physical health and most importantly, mental health. There must be a fluid balance among the six pillars for your overall health to thrive.
Taylor went on to say, “The Oklahoma Senior Games will most certainly provide a resource for people to reach and exceed their overall health and wellness goals. I am excited to be a member of and to promote the mission and vision of the Oklahoma Senior Games.”
According to Kathleen Fitzgerald, Executive Director, “As President, George Taylor’s financial analytical abilities will be especially valuable as OSG moves toward having a compensated staff. He will offer advice and guidance with our Treasurer, Becky Carter in budget and financial matters and be the person leading OSG forward promoting sports and fitness for seniors in Oklahoma.”
