Medal Winners and athletes who qualify for NSGA competition
- The NSGA definition of an athlete’s state of residence is that state in which the athlete resides at least six months of the year.
- Oklahoma is an “Open” state.
- There is Team Triathlon as an event at the NSGA Championships. This is an OPEN event. You must qualify to participate in the Triathlon—NOT the Team
- Find a swimmer, a runner and/or a cyclists to team up with and enter this event. This will give you more bang for your training buck. Let me know if you need assistance finding teammates. This is the easiest way to win a national medal.
