EVENT 

Tee Times: 8:30 am to 10:30 am

Golf Fee:  $50  Includes lunch, green fee, and cart

 

ENTRY REGULATIONS

  1. Athletes may only compete on one four-person team.
  2. All teams must have four players All MEN or All WOMEN or ANY MIX.
  3. It is the captain’s responsibility to declare the team’s residency.
  4. Teams will play 18 holes.
  5. On every hole, all four players on the team tee off. After everyone has hit, the team drives up to their shots and decides which one is the best. Once the team chooses the best shot, the other three players pick up their balls and move them to that spot. From there, all four players hit their next shot. You repeat this process until one player makes the putt and the ball is officially in the hole. The team records one score for the hole.
  6. There are no limits to how many shots one player may contribute and there are no requirements to play a minimum number of one player’s shots.
  7. The team with the lowest score for the 18 holes will be the winner.’
  8. The age division of the team is determined by the age of the youngest member as of December 31, 2026.
  9. Participants pay the $55 early bird fee (before August 1) or $65 regular registration fee in addition to the $55 golf fee.
  10. The participation fee includes playing in up to 5 other events.

SPORT RULES

  1. Men 50-54 play from the blue tees. Men 55-64 play from the white tees
  2. Men 65- 74 play from the silver tees. Men 75+ play from the red tees.
  3. All women play from the red tees.
  4. NO MULLIGANS WILL BE ALLOWED.
  5. All participants must ride during the scramble.
  1. Pace of play will be strictly monitored.  Keeping up with the group in front of you is the key to staying in position.
  2. Range finders are permitted but must not be in the slope mode.
  3. Consider playing in the Golf INDIVIDUAL event.  ALL OKLAHOMA RESIDENTS who play in Golf INDIVIDUAL event qualify to play Golf INDIVIDUAL event in the 2027 National Senior Games Championships.
  1. In case of a tie, it will be up to the tournament director about the play off (sunlight permissible) or using a random hole selection for a scorecard playoff.
  2. Oklahoma Senior Games reserves the right to change the tournament format.
  3. Caddies are not permitted.
  4. Spectators are allowed but must stay 25 feet away from tee boxes, fairways and greens.

2026 is a qualifying year to participate in the 2027 National Senior Games presented by Humana in Tulsa, OK.

Golf Scramble is an OPEN sport at Nationals. Athletes do not need to qualify to compete in this sport. Participation inState Senior Games gives you the opportunity to compete in preparation for Nationals.

A special opportunity is available to Oklahoma residents for National Senior Games sports that require qualifying. All Oklahoma residents who participate in select events at the 2026 Oklahoma Senior Games will automatically qualify to participate in that event at the 2027 National Senior Games presented by Humana. Please see the rule below for details.

HOST STATE QUALIFICATION: All in-state athletes who compete in designated qualifying sports at the 2026 Oklahoma Senior Games will qualify for the 2027 National Senior Games. Host State Qualification applies to the following qualifyingsports at the 2026 Oklahoma Senior Games: Archery, Badminton, 3-on-3 Basketball, Bowling, Cycling, Golf, Road Race,

Shuffleboard, Softball, Table Tennis, Tennis, Track & Field, Triathlon, Volleyball. An in-state athlete is defined as anathlete who resides in Oklahoma for at least six months of the year. In-state status will be determined by the athlete’s address on file with NSGA.
