Come dance the night away to your favorite tunes from the Big Band era to the current Latin & Swing genre.

2026 is a qualifying year to participate in the 2027 National Senior Games presented by Humana in Tulsa, OK.
Ballroom Dance is an OPEN sport at Nationals. Athletes do not need to qualify to compete in this sport. Participation inState Senior Games gives you the opportunity to compete in preparation for Nationals.
A special opportunity is available to Oklahoma residents for National Senior Games sports that require qualifying. All Oklahoma residents who participate in select events at the 2026 Oklahoma Senior Games will automatically qualify to participate in that event at the 2027 National Senior Games presented by Humana. Please see the rule below for details.
HOST STATE QUALIFICATION: All in-state athletes who compete in designated qualifying sports at the 2026 Oklahoma Senior Games will qualify for the 2027 National Senior Games. Host State Qualification applies to the following qualifyingsports at the 2026 Oklahoma Senior Games: Archery, Badminton, 3-on-3 Basketball, Bowling, Cycling, Golf, Road Race,
Shuffleboard, Softball, Table Tennis, Tennis, Track & Field, Triathlon, Volleyball. An in-state athlete is defined as anathlete who resides in Oklahoma for at least six months of the year. In-state status will be determined by the athlete’s address on file with NSGA.
